What Drives Dave Rochau
Ever since I can remember, I have had an addiction to speed. Growing up as a speed demon ski racer bred a lifestyle of always looking for that extra edge. Throughout my lifetime I have been obsessed with dominating the competition through superior preparation, work ethic and passion.
While others take the “status quo” as gospel, I have always believed there is a more efficient, more powerful and more scientific way to accomplish my speed goals. This thought process is introduced every day to my staff here at Motiva. My passion for doing things, not just differently, but better IS the status of Motiva.
